We know that choices can affect our lives in ways we never expected. Many people feel relief after an abortion. For some, though, that relief may fade over time and be replaced by regret or grief. Those feelings can surface unexpectedly and may affect you emotionally, physically, mentally, or spiritually.
Because abortion is often described as a “choice,” you may feel there isn’t a safe or socially acceptable place to talk about what you’re carrying—grief, shame, depression, anger, or regret. You don’t have to sort through it alone. Our trained staff are here to listen without judgment and help you process what you’re experiencing today.
